Chinese Recipe: Chicken Manchurian
A popular Indo-Chinese favorite inspired by China flavors.
Ingredients:

250g boneless chicken (small cubes)

2 tbsp cornflour
-
1 egg
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp chili sauce
-
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-
1 small onion (chopped)
-
1 capsicum (chopped)
Instructions:

Mix chicken with egg, cornflour, salt. Fry until crispy.

In another pan sauté ginger-garlic, onion & capsicum.

Add soy sauce, chili sauce, little water.

Add fried chicken and toss well.

Cook 2–3 minutes and serve with fried rice.
