🍖 Southern-Style BBQ Ribs
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

2 racks pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).

Prepare the rub: Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne.

Season ribs: Remove the silver membrane from the back of ribs. Rub the spice mixture all over.

Bake: Wrap ribs in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake 2.5–3 hours until tender.

Grill & sauce: Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush ribs with BBQ sauce and grill 5–10 minutes per side, letting the sauce caramelize.
