🌶️ Indian Recipe: Butter Chicken
A creamy, mildly spicy classic from India.Ingredients:

250g chicken (boneless)

1 cup tomato puree

½ cup cream
-
1 tbsp butter
-
1 tsp garam masala
-
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-
1 tsp chili powder
-
Salt
Instructions:

Sauté chicken in butter until lightly browned.

Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree.

Cook 5–7 minutes, add spices and salt.

Stir in cream and simmer until thick.

Serve with naan or rice.
