Originating from Buffalo, these wings are crispy, spicy, and perfect as an appetizer or game-day snack.


🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 lbs (900g) chicken wings

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank's RedHot)

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper

  • Celery sticks (for serving)

  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing (for dipping)

  1. Prepare the wings

    • Separate wings into drumettes and flats. Pat dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

  2. Cook the wings

    • Oven method: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.

    • Fried method: Deep-fry in hot oil (350°F/175°C) for 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy.

  3. Make the spicy sauce

    • In a small pan, melt butter over low heat.

    • Add hot sauce, vinegar, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
