Italian: Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
A classic simple pasta dish from Italy. Ingredients:-
200g spaghetti

4 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)

¼ cup olive oil
-
1 tsp chili flakes
-
Salt
-
Fresh parsley (optional)
-
Grated parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
-
Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sautรฉ garlic until lightly golden.

Add chili flakes.
-
Toss cooked pasta into the pan with a little pasta water.
-
Mix well, garnish with parsley and parmesan.

Serve hot!
