Chinese Recipe: Veg Hakka Noodles

Chinese: Veg Hakka Noodles

A popular Indo-Chinese street-style dish inspired by flavors from China.

Ingredients:

  • 200g noodles

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • ½ cup carrots (julienned)

  • ½ cup capsicum (sliced)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp chili sauce

  • 1 tbsp vinegar

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions:

  1. Boil noodles and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a wok, sauté garlic.

  3. Add veggies and stir-fry on high flame.

  4. Add sauces and toss in noodles.

  5. Stir-fry 2–3 minutes and serve hot.
