Chinese: Veg Hakka Noodles
A popular Indo-Chinese street-style dish inspired by flavors from China.
Ingredients:-
200g noodles

1 cup shredded cabbage

½ cup carrots (julienned)

½ cup capsicum (sliced)

2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp chili sauce
-
1 tbsp vinegar
-
2 cloves garlic (minced)

2 tbsp oil
Instructions:

Boil noodles and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok, sauté garlic.

Add veggies and stir-fry on high flame.
-
Add sauces and toss in noodles.

Stir-fry 2–3 minutes and serve hot.
